Rachel Frederickson was the winner of The Biggest Loser in 2014, weighing 105 pounds by the end of the show, as opposed to her original 260 for a total weight loss of 155 pounds!
Frederickson stated, “When I stood on stage at the live finale, I had never felt stronger. I had accomplished everything I wanted to do. I was extremely proud of myself.” She did regain 20 pounds afterwards and was criticized by some for it, but she doesn’t allow the judgement of others to affect her as she knows she’s at her ideal weight and proud of herself for having maintained healthy habits after the show.
